| CAST AND CREW GUIDELINES for location filming/photography
at the TlLLMAN WATER RECLAMATION PLANT and JAPANESE GARDEN |
The
Tillman Water Reclamation Plant produces high-quality recycled waste
water. Several of the process areas are inherently hazardous and
potentially dangerous. The property is available for filming purposes
as part of the City's support of your industry. For your safety
these guidelines must be observed. You and your production company
are responsible for complying with these guidelines. Violations
of these Guidelines can result in revoking of your film permit for
this facility.
1. All restrooms (except the public restrooms in lobby) are off-limits
at all times. Your production company was notified of this restriction
before the film permit was issued. If additional facilities are
necessary, the film company must provide them.
2. No City telephones, copiers or fax machines at the plant may
be used by studio personnel. Pay telephones are located at both
the Administration building and Maintenance building breezeway.
In an emergency, ask the liaison for assistance.
3. Alcoholic beverages and/or illegal substances are not permitted
on the property.
4. Cast and crew members are only allowed in the areas identified
in the film permit agreement regardless of the time of day or night.
See the location manager or liaison if there are questions about
off-limits areas. Studio security personnel and police officers
are required to enforce this provision.
5. Personal vehicles are not permitted on the property with the
exception of first aid, craft services and the location manager.
A location pass will be issued to these vehicles and displayed in
the left corner of the windshield.
6. Personal animals are not permitted on the property.
7. EXTREME care must be exercised for filming activities in the
Japanese Garden to protect the rare and delicate plants. This garden
cannot easily be restored and has numerous specimen plants. The
Shoin building is also an authentic 14th century style building
that has elements that could easily be damaged.
8. The Tillman facility is not open to public visitation on your
set during the preparation and filming. Visitors should not be invited
to your filming and will be asked to leave
9. All modifications and damage done during set construction or
filming MUST be restored to its original condition. A list of damages
shall be compiled by the liaison/coordinator and method of correction
agreed to prior to vacating the site.
10. Access to the facility's roofs needs prior approval and is usually
not allowed.
11. The production company is not allowed to operate or access any
of the Plant's electrical panels and/or equipment without prior
approval of the Plant Manager or designee.
12. The speed limit inside this facility is 15 m.p.h. maximum unless
otherwise posted. |
