 The Kawana Pavilion Center is
targeted for permanent and continued support of its Docent and Volunteer
programs which provide tours, special events end public outreach. The
center will also be used to carry out the City's mission of educating
andd informing the citizens of Los Angeles on issues relating to water
collection, treatment and reuse which is vital the future of this arid
region.
The projects vision is also to provide an informational library on Japanese culture and environmental concems, be a focal point for Valley focused community activities, enhance the current rental progam and be a resource for the City in conducting its daily business. |
